The question that most concerns me is, “How well do you know yourself?” There are two levels to this question.

Well, actually it’s more like a question of how well you know yourself. The way to know yourself is to have a good grasp of your physical body. And the way to have a good grasp of your physical body is to do a lot of exercise. But exercising doesn’t have to be strenuous and rigorous, it can be sedentary. We all know that the best way to lose fat is by doing fewer minutes of cardio and instead doing the same amount of walking.

This is also true for exercise. When you work out at the gym, you are literally doing a form of exercise. You are pushing a button to do an activity that is physically demanding and physical in nature. When you exercise on your own, you are doing an activity that is just as physical but you are not exerting yourself physically and physically, you are simply moving your body.

There are two ways to lose fat: through diet and through exercise. When you diet, you are simply putting food into your body so it can use it as fuel. What you are doing is essentially eating the same thing every day and then using it as fuel when you need to use it. When you move your body, you are literally moving your body. Fat burning is a natural process, but we need to take it to the next level. We need to consume fat efficiently so that it can be burned in our bodies on a regular basis.

We need to eat a great amount of food to keep the body from being fat. We need to eat a lot of food to prevent the food from becoming a burden on our bodies and our families. And of course to prevent the accumulation of fat, we should eat some fat.
