Lance has been working on and researching this site for a long time and has found some interesting articles here that he believes will help anyone who is looking for answers on how to approach and manage their energy.
Lance was kind enough to put together a short survey that covers topics ranging from the best health practices regarding diet and fitness to the best tips for using and managing energy. Now, I know that this is a long list and a lot of information to digest, but I recommend you take this survey if you aren’t already. Lance also put together a playlist of some of his favorite motivational music.
I’m not sure I can take any more of his music right now. If you don’t already have a subscription to his channel, you should. Just like most of the other motivational videos, this playlist is full of motivational music. The best part is that it’s pretty good.
My favorite motivational music is probably some of the songs from the movie ‘The Hunger Games’ (you know, the one that has the girls all singing “We are the winners!”). The reason why is that, while I am a big fan of motivational songs, I also like a lot of funny, happy, and upbeat songs. I know that most people that listen to these songs are probably listening to them to distract themselves from the fact that they have to endure another year of the Hunger Games.
All of that sounds totally fine, but I like a lot of “happy” songs too. I’m not going to lie, I usually prefer upbeat and upbeat songs when I’m trying to relax. I’ve also noticed that the music that I’m most inclined to use when I’m trying to relax is actually a very different type of music than happy songs.
A lot of people listen to upbeat music when they are trying to relax and then they start to get angry and start listening to sad or depressing music when they are really trying to relax. That’s just how people work. If you’re trying to relax you start to listen to upbeat stuff when you really aren’t ready to relax.
And as I mentioned this morning, I use upbeat music when Im trying to relax too. I can’t help it. I think im trying to relax and Im getting a little excited. I find that the upbeat music helps to relax me and I think that its the same effect that I get with relaxing my body by listening to relaxing music.
